Appointments Explained  

Existing Agreement Customers

• Free Standard Service Appointments: No charge for standard service appointments. Appointments must be scheduled by 3:30 PM on weekdays and by 5 PM on weekends.
• Weekends and After Hours: A charge applies for weekend and after-hours service, less the 20% agreement discount.

Free Evaluation

• No Charge: Up to 30 minutes of visual inspection. No disassembly.
• Exclusions: Roofs, gables, attics, crawl spaces mounted systems, and high-rise condominiums.
• Extended Time: Up to 20 minutes of additional evaluation time for $65.

Standard Service Appointment

• $89 Evaluation: Up to 30 minutes of evaluation with disassembly.
• Includes Excluded Systems: Includes all systems excluded from the free evaluation.
• 2-Hour Appointment Window: We may need to reschedule your appointment within a 2-hour window to fit our schedule.
• Must Arrive by 5 PM: Please arrive by 5 PM or your appointment may be rescheduled for the next day.
• Extended Time: Up to 20 minutes of additional evaluation time for $65.

High Priority Service Appointment

• $179 Price: Includes all standard service appointment details.
• Guaranteed Appointment Window: Your 2-hour appointment window will not be rescheduled.
• No Charge for After-Hours Arrival: If you schedule your appointment before 5 PM, there is no charge for arriving after 5 PM.
• Payment Required at Time of Booking: Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancel-Refund Policy: There is no refund for cancellations unless we miss your appointment.
• Extended Time: Up to 20 minutes of additional evaluation time for $65.

After Hours

• Seasonal Rates: $179-$349
• Details Included: Includes all high priority appointment details.
• Up to 1 Hour: Up to 1 hour of service.
• Minor Repair Included: Minor repair is included in the price.
• Parts Not Included: Parts are not included in the price.
• Additional Charges for Difficult Access: Increased service charges may apply for roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and attic mounted systems.

Refrigeration Equipment Service Appointment

• $89 Evaluation: Up to 30 minutes of evaluation. Disassembly is included.
• Exclusions: Roofs, gables, crawl spaces, attic mounted systems, and difficult access conditions.
• Difficult Access Charges: Difficult access charges may apply.
